Meet Andrew

Andrew LeBlanc is serving his first term as Mayor of Riverview, first elected as Councillor-at-Large in 2012 and elected Mayor in 2021. He is Executive Director of Atlantic Wellness and is passionate about building a safe and inclusive community. A long-time community leader and proud recipient of the King Charles III Coronation Medal, Andrew has lived in Riverview for more than 30 years with his wife Patricia and daughter Amelia.

In the past few years, we have welcomed new neighbours, businesses, and infrastructure while keeping the vibrant sense of community that brings us together.

Communication, Engagement & Representation

Riverview’s residents - our families, friends, and neighbours - are our greatest asset. Our residents expect transparent communication, proactive engagement, and leaders who will advocate on their behalf. I will continue to place a strong focus on transparency if given the privilege to continue serving as your mayor.
